Huge achievements from the Beverley/Bridlington art classes
Hull and East Yorkshire Mind’s art groups in the Bridlington and Beverley + South Holderness areas have recently had some fantastic news regarding their work. 2 pieces of work from Beverley Office art class and 1 Bridlington Old Parcels Office art class have been accepted to appear on the national Mind 2010 calendar.
Peter Crossley from Bridlington’s Adult Ed art class at the Old Parcels office has had his piece of work accepted! He said “My family and I have benefited from the support of MIND in all sorts of ways over the past five years. HEY Mind were instrumental in helping me to overcome the isolating experience of the acute anxiety I suffered. The opportunity of art therapy has been invaluable in helping me build the confidence to get back out into the wider community.
