Training & Employment Manager
37 hours per week dependent on experience
Salary: £26,790 - £29,715
Based in Hull – Post Ref 1009
Taking overall responsibility for the strategic management of the Training and Employment Division, you will manage multiple contracts and play a key role in the further development of the Division. You will possess considerable experience of managing staff and employment/training initiatives as well as working with a wide range of funders. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve contractual targets and possess a commitment to continual improvement. The successful candidate will be an excellent negotiator and will be able to work successfully as part of the wider Hull and East Yorkshire Mind Management Team. Access to own transport is essential.
