Come along to this free event and learn more about the services available to people aged 50+ in your area, including NHS East Riding of Yorkshire, East Riding Of Yorkshire Council, Humberside Police, Humberside Fire and Rescue and voluntary and community groups. Stands and interactive displays include:
• Exercise and staying fit
• Healthy eating
• Carers support
• Dental advice
• Fire safety
• Crime prevention and staying safe
• Stop smoking
• Advice from local GP surgery
• Staying warm
• Falls prevention
• Mini health checks e.g. blood pressure
• Local groups / volunteering
• Library service
There will be free refreshments and people available to give you tips and advice. Please
pop-in anytime between 11.30am-3pm.
