 POINT Worker
(37 hrs per week)
Based in Hull – Post Ref 1209
Salary £19,741-21,486 dependent on experience

Working as part of a city wide team you will deliver a signposting service to clients with mild to moderate mental health problems, frequent attenders at GP practices and/or people who may be socially isolated. You should have an understanding of the non-medical issues which may impact negatively on mental/physical health, be solution focused and be able to support clients to achieve positive outcomes over a brief period. Access to own transport is essential.

 Mentoring Coordinator - POINT
(25 hours per week)
Based in Hull – Post Ref 1309
Salary £18,939 Pro Rata

Based in our POINT team you will set up a Mentoring Service, recruit and train volunteer mentors and provide ongoing support. You should have considerable experience of recruiting and supporting volunteers and of setting up a new project. Ideally you will possess an OCN or equivalent qualification in the Management of Volunteers. Access to own transport is essential.

 Information and Access Project Worker
(20 hours per week)
Based in Hull – Post Ref 1409
Salary £16,666 Pro Rata

Based in our Day Services team you will develop and maintain a comprehensive information library for staff, service users and other agencies. Dealing directly with information requests, you will have the ability to respond with empathy and sensitivity. The post holder will be solution focused and have experience of undertaking research.
